I like to remember the way company has grown in my tenure & the way company has reached the every single corner of Nigeria under my leadership, Company products were visible in every single corner of the country. We could able to established APRIL soap as highest selling brand in NIGERIA.

Trust is one factor need to be there in senior label employment, If it's needed to proof every single day & every occasion, it's become frustrating, One minimum job security is require for any label of employment, keep on changing the decision for every 15 days that to in major factor is effect the stability in performance,

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
