I didn't like anything. Totally waste company

...dn't like anything about GIVA. Overall ratings I would like to give a big ZERO. Company culture terrible and most important is they never credit *salary* I. Worked in this company but they never payed me for my work. When ever I asked my TL said it will be credited but I never received at last TL lied me that they credited, so on the same I provided account Statment where I didn't receive 1 rupee also from GIVA l. At the end TL ended up blocking me and that TL name is *Priyanka*. They are liers. I request to people not to join this company where they just lie to employees.

Overall middle management people are very bad, they only try to ghost you, if you want to take a day off even for any emergency they will 1st say business nhi hai off nhi mil sakta. Their main motive is to keep yourself under pressure so that you can work according them. No work life balance, no family time l, no personal time.

One of the defining moments of my time at Giva came recently when I faced the heartbreaking loss of a family member. In such a challenging time, I reached out to my manager with a request for a few days off to attend the final rituals. I was overwhelmed by the understanding and compassion shown by the entire team. Not only did the company grant me the time I needed to recover, but my area manager, Ram Netikar, went above and beyond in ways I never could have anticipated. Ram sir’s presence at my home during the cremation ceremony was a gesture that touched my heart deeply. He provided me with emotional, mental, and even financial support when I needed it the most. In all my years of professional experience, I have never encountered a leader who demonstrates such genuine care and empathy. Mr. Ram's actions have set a new standard for what it means to be a leader and a great Manager.
