Waste of time to work here nothing to like here

Dislikes

... of making work employees work extra hours without compensating them adequately. Not only did they fail to provide any additional pay or overtime benefits for the extra work, but they also deducted salary for arriving late, which seemed completely unfair. This exploitative behaviour left me feeling undervalued and taken advantage of as an employee. No Perks and benefits in this company

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
