Timely Salary is Good thing from GISCO. Higher management is Perhaps Good.

Dislikes

Dislikes of gisco 1. No Promotion 2. No value of men 3. Management poor 4. If you are working on under the senior so all your credit get only your senior not you. 5. No OT or No any Extra benefits from engineer.Only benifit is goes for same engineer language and engineer Mulk Location.

Politics bhut hai boss ko pta hota hai ki kon employee mhenat krra hai ..fr bhi credit kisi or ko dete hai ...baki sb best hai ...again i say Chetan sir is best he have every quality of a boss

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
