Company is very good with cool environment. One of the best thing is that CEO Mr. Amit Jain sir, DGM Ajay sir are very intelligent,and familiar person. Company provide all facility to hear employee. Company always believe in innovations in product and also working on that.

Dislikes

Employee work judgement is not properly 1. If you have degree best college ,best institute, they hire you excellent package. But if you came from nokari.com or direct interview, without any reference they treat you 5000 k for fresser. 2. If you're TL or manager is known, you have been got good appraisal. But other side you worked hard do your best in any time . You don't have good appraisal.

I worked in College Dekho...its a part of Girnar soft...there's not so many things I liked about college dekho except they provide proper training for their process & everyone on the floor is helpful about work.

Dislikes

there are literally 100 of things girnarsoft worst at...they unnecessarily stretch work time without paying for it on a daily basis...they say they have incentive structure but not really pay for it, also they do not have a proper incentive slab for anything...always juggled their employees for incentives....they have no requirements of promotion...only promote their family members there...without any justification after ending of admission season they do fire their employees, they just do it on a random basis...not even based on performance or anything else....so mainly they only hire their employees on seasonal basis & also they make the hiring in a contractual format without being transparent about it...overall not a great company for work

Team manager assumes themselves as supreme power and treat their subordinate like slave. Work environment in specifically in QC team is very terrible. it's very difficult for new entrants to survive in such dirty politics.

It's a platform to learning n improve the skills. Really nice culture. Helpfull in pandemic with salary and limited deduction. Additional amount paid for sanitation and support.

Dislikes

I was thinking that I will growth at this platform and plan for my future accordingly. But after got MD msg on YouTube that now your job is secure. Suddenly in concall with management and HR they said company wind up the project. Search your job anywhere. I was totally shoked. Now company start hiring new staff and we are searching job in market. Atleast company should transfer in other departments or projects to existing employees. Now these days we are feeling completely helpless and financelly disturb, not able to submit the school fees our children, banks emi. Cant able to get loans from bank because of no jobs. Oh god please help

Best place to work, growth oppurtunities, job security is there, salary & expense on time. Office Culture is very good. Seniors are very helping. Work pressure is not as compared to others. This is the company which i have left and now i m thinking why i have left such a nice company..
