When I joined the company, everything was good and they provide you best package and all facilities which you get in any corporate firm.

Management is not serious about companies growth, they creates new ideas and process and this is the reason why car dekho is going in loss. Political environment is also a bad point. And the best thing there is the seniors of this company are busy in aashiqui😂, thats why their team is not growing and buisness is going below.

No manager support for any request and commit to HR regarding salary compensation or joining bonus as well

Fake commitment by Hr and already force to me out a resignation due to business shutdown for mo location after 1 month I am already leave for another company and joins this company as per offer letter not provide joining bonus as well hr force to me put resignation otherwise termination has been done by my side
