They say they are product based but not seeing any kind of innovation. If you have a family to feed and this job is the only source of income please do not join you will regret it.

There are lot of "undocumented" rules which needs to be followed to or else people will take you wrong way and there will be repercussions.

No hike , no promotions , no work life balance , micro management , if you working for client you have forced to serve 6 months of notice period . I received final settlement after 6 months !! Never think about this company

Appraisals and compensation is very 👎 they will find something to cut your appraisals which is reserved from salary only. Management is poor as for small things or you can say for everything we need to remind them or raise ticket which you will get reply after days or sometimes closed without solution.
