For fresher like me, I got the right platform in this company. Learning new things is possible here. The Management (TLs and Managers) also help organize separate trainings if required. I am already working on live project, doing coding. My senior always keeps motivating me to do better and is also pushing me to develop leadership specific qualities.

I expecting little more salary than I got. This just start for me. But I know that when I show performance then they give good hike.

If you don't care about money you make in the initial phase of your carrier and only looking forward to gain knowledge then this is the best place as a fresher to begin. You are going to learn patience, hard work and at the end of the day a self motivated professional software engineer.

...time work, they say it's your inefficiency (LoL) just to keep your mouth shut. Salary package is like chips packet filled with variable pay(air ) which never to this day comes on time. They say they are product based but not seeing any kind of innovation. If you have a family to feed and this job is the only source of income please do not join you will regret it.

No hike , no promotions , no work life balance , micro management , if you working for client you have forced to serve 6 months of notice period . I received final settlement after 6 months !! Never think about this company

Teammates are supportive, good opportunities of learning in starting phase, work environment is good.

...d on saturday/sundays and on public holidays as clients are working on that day. Appraisals and compensation is very 👎 they will find something to cut your appraisals which is reserved from salary only. Management is poor as for small things or you can say for everything we need to remind them or raise ticket which you will get reply after days or sometimes closed without solution.
