...ck I was a devoted employee, they were happy for my representation of the hotel. In addition I received great reviews, and bonus.

Dislikes

Best Western Adams Inn lack management and training to all employees. Housekeeping is lacking in cleaning the rooms aren't the same in the reviews. Complaints about the mis representation of 2 double beds in room that should have 2 Queen beds alot of unhappy guests took out there frustration on every Front desk agent. Because no managers were ever around.. They I have to get asked in the office by Catherine Steven's about a BW shirt I had to purchase because she's too cheap to respect the location we are in. I bet if I visited another hotels they would be in proper uniform.

I liked working there. Worklife balance is good. Timings are perfect.

Dislikes

There is no job security there. When they feel they don’t want you. They fire you and shut your mouth with giving whole month salary. They don’t give you time for notice period. They just fire you when they want.
