best part is salary always on time
Salary structure and appraisal process is very poor and dissatisfactory. Upper level management decisions are not stable and some work policy are not correct. Desk employees are forced to travel outside at client place.
1. Poor management who only listen to a particular group in company.
2. Poor reporting manager who only knows how to take credit of anything.
3. Zero appreciation for your work.
4. Unwanted salary cut and without any reason.
5. Owner driven company and not a management driven company.
6. HR has nothing to do with employees. After recruitment they dont event bother if you exist.
Work life balance is good. Free hand on project managing, Product is good. Less pressure on work.
Dislikes
Salary compensation is very low in Comparison to other IT companies. You have to satisfy with less annual increments, Limited growth. Not much facilities for employees.
Except few people everyone will mingle as brotherhood without any thinking of religion or caste or gender. There's no hierarchy clashes. Everyone will act like a friend.
There's nothing more specific like that. The key area where they have to work on compensation and benefits. HR team should be more active and be in touch with employees. Sometimes due to work pressure there's no proper response start acting like Government employees.
