Everything. There are no promotions, no appraisals, and no increments. The salary is less than the market standards and there is no proper coaching and feedback. Lalaji cuts money at the drop of his hat as per his whims and fancy. The attrition rate is naturally high.

...ll give false promises to make you join the company and then deny of everything. More than 10 mins late to office will deduct a half day salary. Not at all employee friendly company. They will not listen to your problems. Overall terrible

Don't join this company, they never provide salary on time they will give u too many reasons like processing from bank not our fault we already processed

too many - Toxic manager worst hr team no point of contacting team trying to create or follow TOXIC BPO will never give u incentive will try to increase KPI in middle of the month if you are joining dont
