Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? It's a big froud company.the owner Mr Singh is also a big froud person .he don't want to give the salary after getting work done with employees.also don't want to give the distributor payment too. Don't be a part of GIGIL resources.

This company has closed its operations in Jammu and Kashmir and now is not returning the Money of Super Stockists and Distributors. CEO of this company Sarabjeet Singh is a fraud with no Business knowledge and doesn't have any business ethics.
