If you want to experience worst Hr service you can join, if i talk about ( VP ) Vice president of the company he is behaviour less person.Basically he want a robot who can work according to him even you can't miss any single word, fully desk job and worst life balance if you want to work with this Company you should try in administration , don't do mistake to join Noc department They will make your life as a hell and you will regret it

... report and discuss with senior management, but you will not get an opportunity. And most important thing they are not providing salary on time. There is neither working culture nor have job security. Un professional HR, decision maker people have no ethics.

Great learning platform Great industry On time salary On time promotion and increment Good work environment Supportive management and subordinates If you are dedicated towards your work then your growth is so rapid Management appreciates your hard work I am happy working here The best example: I joined here as recruiter post 3 months when i learned HR operations company promoted me as HR Executive Currently a team lead with 4 subordinates.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
