Lack of transparency in the managing of employees and the managing decisions. A growing degree of micromanagement is noticed in recent years.

Unclear roadmap. Unrealistic deadlines. Forcing to complete 5 days work in 2 days. Incremental addition to design and FEP plan and expect us to deliver within 2 days. No recognition . Frequent bickering on the weekends , no recognition later. Appreciating few people who worked on weekends and omitting others. It happened to me for more than 8 times. Never have I been called out in the meeting for going above and beyond. Cross-functional development and feature implementation is a nightmare. Manager is not aware of the hard work and effort being put into cross-functional feature development. Many red flags during my tenure and the main reason for me to leave the company.

We have started WFH in March second week itself. They are supporting us with some additional allowances payed on May month. For stress relief they are conducting virtual fun friday, for May month we have worked only half a day in Friday rest is off.
