Money cannot retain talent which they do not understand. -- No long term technology vision. Eventually their IT division will get shutdown or outsourced for sure. Beware. -- After this company... one can easily join politics as this is the only thing you will learn here.

...t too bad company. Manager are easy access but don't have any domain understand. Variable pay 100% payout up to lead.

...rk pressure is very very high. I have to work 10 to 12 hour in a day till night. This company increase salary only and only 500 to Rs.1000 in a year. About to salary, this is very bad company.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to New joinees.
