I worked with Attra (now known as a Synechron company). Roles and responsibilities are well defined. Higher management is seasoned and knows the market trends well, this translates to employees being kept informed of the upcoming decisions. Extremely good HR team with employee well-being as their foremost goal. Open door approach by higher management enables you to become a problem solver. High visibility for client centric folks and problem solvers.

Pay isn't as per market standards. Number of leaves should be increased.

Starting salary is good. Management is good and supportive.

1. Projects are very poor in terms of technologies and development. 2. Most of the projects are related to support, enhancement and follow-ups. 3. Client doesn't respect the employees.

They will give you Salary whatever you demand but later there is no internal hike as such. So while joining you should demand higher

Dislikes

No Job security at all. Most of the projects are short term. If you don't have Project. 45 days Bench and then terminated. In that 45 days also, they line up interviews which do not match your skills just to count the no. Of interviews you have given and still not selected. And then make it a reason of termination

Joining bonus and competitive salary during offer.

...ill terminate you in 45 days. Even if they want they will do before 45 days too. Salary hike will be based on client's review only.

They are providing good salary .. nothing is better other that this .

If you have the confidence like after the loose the job from synechron you can get the job within few weeks on your technical skills then you can join synechron for better salary
