In mobile tech team there is a lot grouping and lobbying. The core team consists of people who have been together from their pervious or previous to pervious organization. New additions to the team are NOT welcome untill and unless you are a local . The manager of the team is newly appointed and does not know how to take decisions. He will give all responsibilities to his favorites and he even tolerate their bad behavior but if you are new to the team he will not lift a finger to help you get adjusted. How ever hard work you he will pass sarcastic comments.

The Culture in the Bengaluru office. The managers are all puppets without brains. The tail catching of the US leadership is so much that they have lost their senses & vision of how things actually are in their team. There is no professionalism, the managers and leads are those incapable associates from other companies who are suddenly made leaders here and they are just acting like politicians with powers. Culture is very bad but.

The benefit of wfh, but expectation from employees is to work from morning 11 to night 11 on most days.
