Corporate governance is missing to a great extent.its daily working is remote controlled by promote(s) through three junior employees . All the management are just dummies with no authority except to sign on the dotted line

the bank has a very young team of ambitious and enthusiastic workers. banking in afghanistan very challenging in view of the poor credit culture and bad security situation. banking practices in most of the banks also are quite primitive and still in the process of development. as such it was a pleasure working with this team and guiding and educating them on the best banking practices.

the security situation is worrisome
