Work-life balance was not upto the mark, when I worked in the company. one of my ex-colleague told it has been changed

Dislikes

Managers don't have exposure to outer world (Lack of corporate culture experience). They join as freshers and grow to manager level. They treat employees as they were treated by their manager. They did not have track of employees skill set.
