- No liberty to Managers - They used to run GGK like a family business. Now ACS acquired GGK, so I hope this goes away. - Few people used to control everything, though their designated roles don't match their work - Working 1st and 3rd Saturday for people below 2yrs of Exp

...ome default facilities for employees coming from outside at the time of joining. For ex: Settlement bonus, Joining bonus.

Dislikes

Managers don't have exposure to outer world (Lack of corporate culture experience). They join as freshers and grow to manager level. They treat employees as they were treated by their manager. They did not have track of employees skill set.
