Even on public holidays, u have to work if that holiday falls on some deadline time n there is almost all the days are under deadline time depending on team to team. They are making the environment toxic day by day. Here u will be forced to resign if ur manager doesn't likes u or u say no to any command of theirs.

Easy to understand work. Laptop is provided, fixed morning shifts, cab and meal benefits. Flexible work and hybrid model only three days office rest is WFH.

Dislikes

No potential for career growth, very boring work gets monotonous, very poor compensation and appraisal / promotions, everyone is kind of doing the same work from juniors to team co-ordinators. Nothing to learn from the people or the work itself. No hards skills will be there for you to learn on the job. Good for freshers only.

No increment this year. Incentive has been on very lower side. They will deduct 25% salary from August'20 onward. Quite a few employees have been fired in last 5 months.

...pecific piece of work, impacting the development at early stages of the carrier. Salary is terrible at associate level especially if you join as fresher. Things become better at manager level in case one joins from another organization. There is no business development model or team and the pressure is on the manager to find business anyhow without much help from the organization. It is a big no for those looking for customized consumer research profiles.
