Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

Everything is bad, management doesnt care for you. Would be expected to work even on weekends and no extra pay for that. They support people from their language background, if you are the language as the management people you will get any amount as monthly pay. In simple words, go for somewhere else.

I didn’t like anything about this job

Dislikes

...e actual job was something else. Work load was more than a normal person can do. Pay was very less and never got full salary once. Didn’t even learn anything form the job during my inter period. Though the title is data analysis what we did is just tagging over 400-500 sentence per day
