Very good working atmosphere, no pressure. For new joiners they are giving maximum salary

Not respecting experienced employees . Not doing market correction, i have working here for 5 years in GH, the person who coming from outside with 2 years exp , they are earning more than me🙂🙂

The only thing to like about Getix Health , I was working end to end reporting process. Where i got to learn a lot on Team Management and Project pipelining etc..

There's nothing special about the company.... Only thing is you will have a secured job with no proper package...

The only way to thrive for the growth of your good at pleasing of lead or managers or make them your partners and you will get promoted to senior position...

Team outing give us to know very good each others and other team management.

Very eve's drop everything every desk work and outside of work (social life) that should not be.that reflect on management table by any team members.

Overall it's not that great company, If you wanna go as a fresher then it's fine however if a person holds a experience of a MNC then it's a Void

Dislikes

Work culture is worst, They expect you to more then your capacity, they expect to do work of 2-3 people at same time. No fun activity, fun Friday with be held once in a 4 months.
