This company is the worst place to work . So far two co-founders have left the organisation . In short there is no vision and new co-founders are lack of experience, they have not managed senior leaders in past. They have nothing to do entire day so they keep on doing micromanagement .

Management , she keep pushing for unwanted data and no support. team working on with any no logic. i am asked to work after official hours and also on week off we keep getting calls from management.

As an intern lack of proper training is evident, leaving one to figure things out independently. Expectations are high, with a demand for immediate results upon ask assignment.

Nothing. Worst management, no one ready to listen your issues. Hiring for particular post but not given task accordingly to JD. Any time changing department. If you're not in good book of manager they can terminate you on the silly reason and HR also supported to mangers not to the employees. Boss is not coming on regularly basis and still you notice any issue he will never understand and other side their delhi co founder always treat you that you are not capable for this post and company is burning they money by paying us. Political minds no one can digest someone's growth. Still get a good growth it means it's your time to say goodbye without informing anyone.
