Nothing. Worst management, no one ready to listen your issues. Hiring for particular post but not given task accordingly to JD. Any time changing department. If you're not in good book of manager they can terminate you on the silly reason and HR also supported to mangers not to the employees. Boss is not coming on regularly basis and still you notice any issue he will never understand and other side their delhi co founder always treat you that you are not capable for this post and company is burning they money by paying us.
