Party once in a month or two, relaxed fresher salary but inverse relationship to work. Good excel guidance from a person, and conceptual clarity from a person. If they both left then, would recommend join just for salary.

The toxic culture within this company is evident as professionalism takes a backseat to personal relationships. Certain individuals, who perceive themselves as the true proprietors, exhibit a domineering attitude and treat others as mere servants. Accountability is sorely lacking, with only a select few individuals willing to shoulder responsibility. The high turnover rate speaks volumes, as grand promises are made but rarely fulfilled. Employees may endure the environment for a short while due to attractive salaries, yet they depart at the earliest opportunity. Prolonged tenure often results in mental distress and lasting trauma, making it imperative to seek alternative employment for the sake of one's well-being.

It's great place to start in case you're a fresher and want to learn and apply basic financial modelling skills. Offer good packages, recognize hardwork, encourage learning, but you'll have to contribute equally in terms of curiosity & eagerness to learn!

Dislikes

Scope of work is limitied to financial modelling and not anything beyond that. They also have very limited tools which makes this role a little monotonous at times. The company culture has also taken a hit lately, but you'll definitely get a work-life balance.

This is a career destroyer place. Trust me if you are not getting a job please be patient and wait else if you bu mistake join here it will ruin you and leave mark forever in life: 1. They try to make sure you dont have any work for initial months, so that you stay but you get to know there was no work at all here.2. You are not suppose to take any sudden leaves else you will be encountering mis behave by tne lady boss-Vice President. She makes sure to destroy your career. 3. It is not a company but a sort of CA firm located in a renowned business park, ease dont come u der a trap by all these. I am repeating if you are not getting job, then wait and w at t but dont come there even for interview. As its human nature that of one dont have job or money and anybody provides the same then person get infatuated by that and stops seing the consequences behind that. This place will ruin your career. For people who had stayed here for 8 yeass Rs even they when left had to restart career from an entry level role that to being an MBA. I am just writing here so that even if 1 person is saved by reading this then would think something good has been done to society. Money is not everything please be mindful of this. Onething more, if you think someone can destroy your career and stay happy, please dont fool yourself as GOD makes sure to take revenge if you may not.

Please close the company ad you are doing nothing but collecting badua from poor sould whose career you have ruined. Trust me I am writing this down for 0.000001% goodwill of yours.

The company culture is excellent—very supportive management Its been only a few months but I am happy to be a part of the team The organization is employee friendly. There is good scope of growth here.

The company has great work culture and puts its employees on priority. All the company policies are focused on employees' welfare. The projects are exciting and challenging and make you comfortably uncomfortable.
