I worked in gepach almost 10 months, during his period I learned basic of dossier preparation, country guidelines, solve quries, etc. Another plus point is that site visit, insepction at the time production. For starting your carrier this company is good.

Not proper managment, Not giving good salary, they don't have experiance persons.

Staff is good only.

...ovate office at the same time. Their way of talking is too rude. Strict Timings. Salary gets deducted for late coming. They will treat you like enemy if you are on Notice Period. If you leave job then forget about Salary. They are not going to pay you for your last month Salary. For New Joiners Pls check office location first. Bar is just above the Offices so its very difficult for ladies employees to stay in office after 7.30.

Everything. Easy commute due to metro proximity. Friendly and co-operative colleagues, boss encourages you to think for yourself and take your own decisions. Lot of learning since team size is small and transparency is maintained.

Nothing really except please improve monitoring.

It is good company for developing your skills and confidence if you want. One thing I noticed, management should make proper team for regulatory department. Otherwise other department put all pressure on the RA team.

Nothing to dislike. Only want to suggest, please think about proper team development of RA team.

not good at all. Management needs serious look in. Growth opportunity is very minimum in this organization.

its very difficult to choose even one good thing about working here. I would not suggest everyone to think not twice but more than that before joining here.
