To be honest, i found nothing good till now.

Here the work culture is the worst I have ever seen. No hierarchy follows here, the director of the company directly calls a junior-level developer. No shift timings are followed here. They are expecting to pick up their call even at 12 AM. No respect for juniors. My experience in GEP is horrible till now. Most important, we need to work on weekends as well. Working in this company is the same as destroying your mental and physical health.

... depends on your manager and project you will be working on. 3) Office politics 4) Less salary and promotions.

Excellent work culture, great support during covid like extra sick leaves, free insurance, regular check in, free vaccines. Etc.

Dislikes

...etent sometimes, play politics for promotions and hike is very less for juniors. No hike till 1.5 years for new joiners.

Likes

Timings are little flexible, my slot is 11 to 8pm. You can go & come little late. Managers won't pressure you so much. You can learn from seniors very much. Atmosphere is very good. Events like Sports, other stuff are conducted. We can enjoy if we form a good batch.

Dislikes

They remove people suddenly without any reason and say it's because of cost cutting, my joining batch had 2 lay offs within a year.
