Lots of responsibilities given to an individual which helps one to grow in career. Everything on talent basis, if you are on lower position but good in leading you can lead a team, it helps to learn quickly in career. Good work culture, can take leaves as in when you want and many other leave options present. Employees are trusted for their work instead of micro management.

...ystems generating lot of bugs everytime, half of time developer spend on same. Dry promotions, you will be given bigger responsibilities but no increase in title or compensation for same. Some technical managers just delegating all escalations to leads with thier little to no involvement.

... the last working day of previous company, so you will be jobless for some days. They won't be providing you the compensation for the delayed joining. After joining you'll keep Getting warnings about being fired, too much work with less time, almost need to work every weekend, and 12+ hours daily. Environment is always down but need output.

Timings are little flexible, my slot is 11 to 8pm. You can go & come little late. Managers won't pressure you so much. You can learn from seniors very much. Atmosphere is very good. Events like Sports, other stuff are conducted. We can enjoy if we form a good batch.

Dislikes

They remove people suddenly without any reason and say it's because of cost cutting, my joining batch had 2 lay offs within a year.
