Due to lot of politics & the management doesn't address our issues after completing five to six year. In this period we have trained our new in commer employees also thinking about my yearly increment & yearly bonus which was stop it at this stage that is politics.

I have nice working experience with Georg Fischer Family, peoples are caring and supportive. If you are looking for a good place to work till your retirement without losing work life balance, definitely i would recommend Georg Fischer Piping System. The company management has improved and working in benefits of the employees.

Work location & office ambience was good.Some of the colleagues were co-operative but management or leadership team are not doing anything for the welfare of the employees.

Dislikes

Job Security is a major concern.Managers are not co-operative.There is no SOP in place for any department.Customer proximity is worst in GF(No customer centric approach). Product failure rate is high especially for their Industry and Utility segment machines and Sensors.Management is not keen on providing training to employees which is lacking and very poorly managed. Conclusion : A toxic work place

The company is open and realy has best technology product. I lave the fact that i am a part of a team that market reliable high quality piping system and has global client base.They provide good acomodation and comfortable traveling allowances.

Company do not keep stock.
