In my Department as a Jr. Field Assistant there is no work pressure and there were a front zone.

Dislikes

Its a company only target on the freshers for doing their job. They didn't increase the salary on the basis of any performance or experience and also they having a very low salary package . I have 4 year working experience in this company I feel very bad about that 4 years that I worked there. "If you want only experience then you can go for this company" otherwise it'll be a disaster

All team mates are very co operative and good,travelling is very convinient,work environment and work life balance is also good and the general manager of the lab is too awesome and very practical person with superb positive energy.

Dislikes

Salary is too low compared to the market.

Good work culture, sophisticated instruments, new comer has a lot to learn, Salary is ontime, Company policy is good, teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics done here, sincerely working employees are not valued, and those who are feet lickers are appreciated.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
