...The problem solving skills is bad in seniors. They play blame game way too much. It's too much mental torture for a very little salary.

Working environment is good,skill development, growth in geochem is not so good but taking experience letter u can go for big pharma company

Dislikes

Not so good salary around 9000-10000 for fresher but u get to handle instruments like hplc,GC,TLC, chemical analysis,food testing etc

In my Department as a Jr. Field Assistant there is no work pressure and there were a front zone.

Its a company only target on the freshers for doing their job. They didn't increase the salary on the basis of any performance or experience and also they having a very low salary package . I have 4 year working experience in this company I feel very bad about that 4 years that I worked there. "If you want only experience then you can go for this company" otherwise it'll be a disaster

Good work culture, sophisticated instruments, new comer has a lot to learn, Salary is ontime, Company policy is good, teammates are supportive.

There is a lot of politics done here, sincerely working employees are not valued, and those who are feet lickers are appreciated.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
