Teammates are supportive, company provides training, salary is good, finance approves as per standard but politics comes which makes some poor impact on the company
Salary was pathetic and the travel reimbursement were horrible. Reimbursement were not made in time. Moreover I didn't recieve any incentive for my tenure of work irrespective of my performance.
Among the team itself there will be more partiality and politics , they will not support the new joinees, on the Month of joining itself they will ask closure, training also they will give for more than one week only. Only frustration and stress will come.
...e time. If you disagree, they will simply tell that your performance is poor.
3) Salary & Appraisals - Not satisfactory. Underpaid for all the loads of work which they provide (Single person handling works of 5 to 8 person at the same pay). Every year they conduct appraisals, but none of the field workers will get benefit from it. Appraisals are only meant for HO team.
4) Compensations - They will simply ask what is the meaning of compensation. They will give you targets which are not achievable, so that they don't have to pay any VCP. Even if someone achieves their target, their VCP will be very much delayed.
5) Reimbursements - One should wait for a long time to get their travel expenses reimbursed. When you ask them, they will tell you that it will be credited in next month salary. But the sad thing is that you will never get it credited. When you resign from this company, then they will tell you that these much of expenses can't be reimbursed due to unusual reasons (bills exceeding policy limit - even if your manager or director has approved it).
For everything there is a Policy in favor of Company only. These terms and Condition they will never disclose to anybody, Will use it as weapon.
Pathetic Expense policy, They don't reimburse but need all their activities and Target on time. They are not at all intent to reimburse Expensess.
Worst political culture..It is just a shop of 5-6 peoples what they says is only correct.
