No late sitting culture, no problems in availing leaves. Secure business with unique product.

...ly. Second opinion is not explored. It indirectly results in loss to company. Extension is granted to such incapable employee and that also at same salary, which results in extra cost to company. They may be negotiated to work at half package 6 day working is another thing i dont like
