Overall experience was good. You'll be compensated for extra hours but the amount is fixed so your work hours donot count. The company culture is good. They have parties going on and you get gift vouchers every month if your performance is good

Dislikes

The technology opted is really old. If you're a developer and want to continue to grow as per the technology trend, then this company is not for you.

Honest opinion/ review about the company based on my experience BA s are doing Tech-Support job like customer care and tickets ( Help Me's). If you join in as a fresher or as experienced, you would not learn anything as you would be assigned tickets to work on and if you miss updating these lame tickets, huge escalations would happen in a way that Directors and so called leaders of the company would get involved and that would destroy your confidence. Can you believe Director getting involved in everything? Having said that, if you still persist to join in, your career will go for a toss. Even if you are desperate for money please dont join in as your career would be destroyed unless you do some course in the evening Management has no leadership qualities and therefore you would struggle. Imagine your Job security, if you are asked to leave without any notice period. I have seen people being fired within 24 hours thats really sad to see In year end parties you would be a scapegoat where director would force you to drink so watch out for this

The company is open to innovation and rapidly adopts latest technology. I am grateful to be part of this company and my colleagues were very supportive. Overall i had a great time in that company
