The worst thing in this company is the higher management. Terrible work culture and no work life balance. Being a part of this company is the most terrible decision one can make.

1- they dont allow flexibility with work i.e, WFH 2- They dont have experience seniors to support employee technically. 3- They dont provide insurance in probabtion period (6months), even after the employee will bear the expenses of mediclaim insurance. 4- 2 & 4 th saturday of everymonth is off 5- They must have to develop hydrology team to do hydro works.

There are no work culture at all and if anyone points that there is lack of implementation with proper management.HR role is suspicious and they are sharing employes private information within organisations. Management are not taking any action against HR .

Worst company culture. Top management people are very hectic. they are unethical. Mostly they hire a agency to do a work. They don't paid agency bill. Human resource people are puppets of top management they don't know anything in hr system. Every time they talking unethical.stressful and negative vibes as well as environment. They trap the employee. They didn't even try for getting new projects. Old project running by freshers.. I don't recommended.

The work culture was toxic, with little to no respect shown to employees by management. HR policies were practically non-existent, and the few that did exist were poorly communicated and inconsistently enforced. What's worse, the company seemed to delight in torturing its employees with hidden policies and secret agendas

I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive, fulfilling work environment. If you value your mental health and well-being, stay far away from this terrible organization.
