lots of thing 1)salary they pays very less i have given 12 years to company and my salary is more equal to associate level 2) bad managers and bad HR policies where HR only consider what manager says they dont even wants to listen to empolyee 3) no promotion 4) no responsibility they move you internally as a fresher and lie to client that you are 5 year exp. and then when anything happened they they put all blame on you give you PIP and on the name of PIP they start threatening you by saying we will fire you and all

The only thing good about Genpact is Job Security.

...ost cutting to the extent where there are no tissues provided in washroom. You will be forced to work on weekends without any additional pay. They won’t allow to carry phones to floor due to this you won’t be able to attend interview calls. 9 out of 10 people give this reason for still staying with Genpact. On the scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this company 2. Don’t join this company at any cost.

...r worked in such a dishonest company. Starting with HR, they delay meal tickets. The bonus that managers say we earn, are always paid at least 2 months late. I had a misfortune of horrible, prejudiced manager. He already told us to our face that he doesn't hire homosexual, because they are fragile. He always causes phychological terror with te team, if people don't do what he wants.
