Salary is low but not that much if compare to other same level organisation because in Genpact growth opportunities rate and knowledge exposure which organisation are not very good ,so because of this salary is better .at the the end long term the growth is consider not the salary.

Job security is the most good thing over here. Management ofcourse depends and varies from person to person. But the work environment is superb to work. And ofcourse it is helping a lot of youths to start their career which is a great achievement for the company.

Dislikes

... weakest part here. Or else the work environment is very safe and sound to work. Genpact needs to look after the compensation benefits provided to it's employees which can help the organization to achieve it's goals in a long run.

If one is looking for growth than its a good company to work with but very poor in terms of salary and appraisals.

Its a good organization to work with. You will fix off on Sat. and Sun with one sided transport facility, they charge Rs 900 for 1 side cab. Job security is perfect and they work a lot on people leaning. You can get leaves easily as there is no work pressure. Only in some processes you will feel huge work pressure. The only drawback with Genpact is that they dont give good salary and that is biggest concern rest all is superb. I had 8 years experience with Genpact. Good Luck.

There is no job security in Genpact, on my own I took an internal movement, but after joining g there and working for 7-10 days i was being told that hiring has stopped and you have to go back to your old process and later it was being told you are on bench now, then got a final letter stating that this is your last month and this will be your last day. So I don't like job security here
