Genpact is good but GoDaddy process is gross

6 days working, only one week of, salary also is 15k per month only, customers u get are terrible, it's more like a sales roles, if ur interested in sales then only apply for this role else dont

...ve no complaints with Genpact since the time I have been working there till now. Through this medium, I would like to tell Genpact that if the salary is a little better, then every employee will be able to survive well. According to the way inflation is increasing in life. If we talk about dislikes, then there is nothing disliked. There is just a small problem inside the stomach that if we are talking about transport then there is a little issue in transport. Otherwise everything is ok.There should be a good increment so that every employee can live his life well. The way things are getting expensive, the way people have medical issues, etc.

...pdate bank or PF information correctly, and there is no proper point of contact. Salary in hand and perks offered and actual salary received is in stark contrast, lot of hidden adjustments so if you receive the perks as promised, consider yourself lucky. Employees are restricted from reaching out to HR directly. To sum up, it all depends on the manager

This is the worst company I have ever worked for, they don't pay for overtime, and ask to extend without any reason. Management has no skills, don't know how to behave. They think employees are school students and ask them to extend shifts like hell and no mercy for the employees if they are ill or having severe illness. Office culture is at worst,you will have nightmares.

Just one thing salary come on time.

No growth. No learning. Hostile environment. No one listen you. Move you any other process without discussing with you. Manger and uper management chill but make under there employees working culture hell. You can face all this.
