It is a good company, good if u wanna take experience in mnc/bpo. Growth opportunities are available but you have to be aware and consistent on your performance for growth.

Dislikes

Salary is very low , genuinely very low for entry level and similar posts. Everyone has big expectations from mnc but these kind of things ruin the image of the company

They don't pay locum duty doctors salary if you aren't rude with them. They try to eat up the locum duty doctor's salaries, I'm still waiting for my salary from last 2 months

I had to beg them multiple times for my salary, I'm just so fed up

Likes means Genpact give chances to get the mistakes clear and make us to learn new things

...slike is work pressure They always pressurise to get the metrics achieve with no proper guidance and support They won't even pay extra amount for the work load

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good . Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. I have been working here since 18 months, one can expect job security until and unless you are going beyond company policies. Management support completely depends on the person under whom you are working. There is no audit that happens to check whether the appraisals are accurate as per the data. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair completely depends on the manager.

Dislikes

Promotions , Hikes and Bonus are not up to the mark. And they charge for the transportation(only one way) rs:-800 per month.
