Promotions , Hikes and Bonus are not up to the mark. And they charge for the transportation(only one way) rs:-800 per month.

Genpact is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning due to only one way that too only for night shift as there was no proper training.

It is a good company, good if u wanna take experience in mnc/bpo. Growth opportunities are available but you have to be aware and consistent on your performance for growth.
