No specific parameters for Promotions. Though we are fulfilling and exceeding the expectations the variable pay and appraisals are not much. Though we are standout performers we cannot expect much recognition as management is biased.

I liked in Skill development in Genpact. They are not supporting in Covid-19 situation even they are not providing internet allowance and not focusing employees health. Company looking for revenue earning but not concentrate employee health.

They will not give ontime hikes (salary). comparative another companies salary package is very les.Always check employee loop wholes.

The leadership is there with you, sitting next to you. The actual visibility in layman language. One can learn and shadow multiple task or skills can be improved. Training and learning are one of the best features one can apply for and it’s easy to apply unlike other organisation.

I do not have dislikes however the one part that I really think that can improve is Salary structure. This should at least match the brand value that Genpact has in the market.

Managers like sandeep bhati are taking personal vendetta by moving people out of process out of his will rather than based on performance. He is currently manager at crossriver bank transaction monitoring team Too much work pressure Target is set so high so that no one is able to meet expectations We have to work on saturdays and sundays

Some Manager behaviour is not good. I am working here to less salary even in my team same folks also work double of my package with same experience. We work here every day 10 to 12 hours continued without overtime payouts. I don't want to wright here everything.
