Too much politics , you work 100% but only you get your salary no incentives rude behaviour by your manager only for 1 year experience based term company not for long time ....no support no work life balance....easily you get worried.

Genpact is a wonderful company to work for. It has nice work culture and good WLB. Management is supportive and have a tendency to help and support.

...hance of promotion, do not join as fresher as they do not pay much for freshers. Salary is very low.

Everything is smooth apart from appraisal which is terrible. The percentage they give is too less that You won't understand whether increased or not

...arn more than educated ones now a days. Appraisals percentage is also very poor. One can't think of staying long in this company just for pay issues.
