My team is really nice, and it's not the case with all the other teams.

Salary, benefits, appraisals, recognition is non existent. Plus there's a lot of politics here, so much that you'll wanna rip your hair off

...rk using Teams, it would be more efficient to allow employees to work from home. With such less salary and hikes it is impossible for one to work here.

Manager hierarchy. Ratings will be given by home manager. He will never know about my performance because he will be working for some other project. Still they give ratings based on some comments without knowing actual performance

Work load is usually not very heavy, they provide great platforms to learn like free udemy access and cognizant internal certifications.

Dislikes

Does not pay as per the current market standards, your work will not be recognized, promotion and appraisal structures are very bad. Lot of office politics.

In cognizant the salary hike is good as compared to other services based company

Dislikes

In cognizant they have very less project for the employee but they still hire new people and won't be able to provide project to old employees.
