... working. So most of the good and bad experiences are totally depend on project. Salary hike wise genpact is good, 7-8% total hike with 100% bonus delivery

...in Genpact. Genpact have a policy where we have to plan ur sick before 45 days They will give u a salary hike where u even don't get that ur salary has increased and with the Bonous which Genpact is giving to their employees they can buy a whole city with that amount. In Genpact once ur eligible for promotion to get that on papers u have to wait for 6months to 1 year after that also there is no guarantee that u r getting ur promotion on papers.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

There are multiple things out of which few are ° Low compensation ° No skill development ° No perks ° Bad work life balance ° Mostly night shifts available ° No solution in conflict

...process.really bad management lots of vintage employees exited from TMP process. Moreover since last many years I was highlighted in amber about salary structure.those who were vintage employees got less salary package while new joiner getting high pay of salary.please improve this issue.
