I love about Genpact is there is job security and once we get experience here, settle down in other company easily.

Dislikes

In Genpact there is only 5 to 7% hike in annual salary which is below average and don't provide other benefits like food card, Vouchers.

Good place to work and start carrier, with good jib security and work life balance with friendly environment

The more u work the more u get, salary is decent , we have career growth if we have good communication skills and good rapo

Great Management - Un Bias ( atleast what they say) Salary on time. Full Compensation for extra work and other incentives ( They belive but it is a myth) Your supervisor is someone with whom you can share everything (Is a Big Lie) You get Paid leave - later you need to compensate them in same month. (So they introduced this system of leave balance) Only and best thing about this organisation is - if you have any issues then you can directly approach the AVP, Manager or any Senior Manager where they will hear but won't listen and understand your actually issues and concern and at the end of discussion they will we will get back to you and that's it! The never return to you.

Dislikes

I feel everything and everyone in this organisation are pretty bad. Whatever promises they make for achieving your targets are denied or ignored later once you achieve them. They say there is a no retaliation policy, and at some stage that's true. But the internal politics that happens in the organisation when your supervisor gets to know that you had some issues with the sup and later, he/she deals with you in such a sweet manner and trap you that you won't even realised that you are been f*** already.

Its a pleasure to collaborating with Genpact. I enjoyed well working with Genpact. It teaches us everything about work and in enhancing knowledge. Such a overwhelming office atmosphere give a pleasant feel to work. There will be Appraisals, Rewards for performance. Under this pandemic situation they are very careful about employees. Following every parameters like allowing work from home and encouraging employees to dont feel down from this pandemic. Feel good experince with Genpact. Thanking Genpact...

Salary is less than expected. Little bit inconvenience with Apprenticeship period.

For example, when I was severely ill and unable to attend work, I was not only asked for medical proof but was also threatened with salary deductions. After presenting the necessary documentation confirming my hospitalization, the response did not exhibit consideration for my situation. Overall, while my time at Genpact offered valuable industry exposure, these instances highlighted significant areas for improvement in employee support, management training, and overall workplace culture.
