They all worry about there work with no employee feedback and there opinion. I worked for 3.5 years but they given me only 13k as of now in the generation of living that won't be enough and no hike at time

Money minded and no polite behaviour and no satisfactory salary will be provided .useless to work out there. And no transport with deduction andonly one way transport

Good work environment and culture. Team is very good supportive. Huge cafeteria and gaming arcade.

I Have work in OCR Department There is no growth. Management is not good. There is no salary hike in OCR DEPARTMENT.

...process.really bad management lots of vintage employees exited from TMP process. Moreover since last many years I was highlighted in amber about salary structure.those who were vintage employees got less salary package while new joiner getting high pay of salary.please improve this issue.

For example, when I was severely ill and unable to attend work, I was not only asked for medical proof but was also threatened with salary deductions. After presenting the necessary documentation confirming my hospitalization, the response did not exhibit consideration for my situation. Overall, while my time at Genpact offered valuable industry exposure, these instances highlighted significant areas for improvement in employee support, management training, and overall workplace culture.

Good work culture.. Can learn a lot of new things.. ypu can freely move from one process to another which gives us a good opportunity to learn more about many other process..

Salary and appraisal in this company is not really high.
