If we talk about dislikes, then there is nothing disliked. There is just a small problem inside the stomach that if we are talking about transport then there is a little issue in transport. Otherwise everything is ok.There should be a good increment so that every employee can live his life well. The way things are getting expensive, the way people have medical issues, etc.

Working in Genpact is feels like working with your friends work environment is very good they appreciate your work over all very good company.

Salary is too low for the old employee they gives a very good salary for new hires but for old employee it's not good.

Extreme politics and groupism, Senior pursue you to bring own vehicle so they can make you work more hours, No proper training, hire for one thing put you on another.

I felt very comfortable, confident and energetic. Leads and Hr tried to resolve our every query. Everyday I was learned new things and skills. It will be the best start for any freshers. Thank you

Salary and benefits are not competitive as per industry norms. Payroll vary between new and tenure resources cause dissatisfaction which leads to attritions in the team.
