...they will simply cry to give associates a single sweet box forget sweet box they wont even give a single sweet No bonus No hikes No food No free cab No reimbursements even if you do you have to give a detailed explanation of why you are eligible for that reimbursement If you are night shift employee you are not even considered as Genpact employee They will celebrate an event annually called Tarang in which they will give dinner and trust me that’s the worst food you will ever try in your life even the food in the drainages is far better than that food and even if you opt for cabs they wont switch on the AC as it is budget cut If you need office 365 sorry you wont get it because of budget issues There are so many things we can discuss and the sanitation in the company is very poor and trust me you will find cockroaches and mosquitoes as your colleagues

The work-life balance is acceptable. The rewards program is good, if you manage to get an award. There is much push towards LnD. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

There aren't any decent perks provided and the pay is barely adequate by market standards. The culture tends to lean toward a canopy of old company furniture. Internal politics and promotion by time and connections rather than skill is rampant. The insurance benefits can be better. The laptop provided is barely functional. Food in the cafeteria is unhygienic. We don't even have decent coffee machines in office. There is no gracious acceptance of feedback to management.

...hy everyone works. Not recommended for freshers or 1-2 yrs experience employees. They do not provide free can facility as well, infact employees would have to pay for these facilities. No insurance coverage for parents provided by the company. It gives it own employees a coverage of 1l only and nothing for parents and partners.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no growth, very bad salary structure, felt like exploitation, don't try working here! You will be exhausted of workplace politics with very low salary package. You will not get anything that you deserve.

Work culture is good, job security is far better then other companies

Dislikes

Salary structure and appraisals are very low. Few employees gets special treatment and rest all are given lower then average hike.
