Job security is concer here and it's not happen in all process it depends upon process to process .in which process I work there is job security is big concern for example if someone do not complete his /her target with accuracy management give PIP or CAP letter .rest things is Okay.

... management will reduce your performance rating at the time of annual appraisal. one more thing I would like to add one more thing its for BAND 5 people there no medical facilities ( Like- Health Insurance, Bonus) for band 5 people family only employee is covered only for 1 Lakh sum insured nothing medical facilities for his/her family .even annual bonus is also too low and annual appraisal is also too low . maximum appraisal % is 10 only .If you do hard work whole year and if you never say NO for all for all responsibility might be possible you will get 10% appraisal in a year otherwise you will get 7% only .So would say for those who want join Genpact assure that your CTC is better as per market and your experience than you can satisfy with salary.

Genpact is good company for learning.. Female oriented!! But you can't think of higher appraisals and salary hikes.. Work life balance is good.

Only and only low promotion opportunities and low salary rise. Moreover transportation is also not good. Genpact provide paid one side cab and that too non AC.

The company is open innovation and latest technology.I am part of my team.high-quality products and globally client. There are many new learining things that,we have option and feel free to learn with I learned tools.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is high,as per the organization pollicy they have to give the fix off.

Nothing good in my experience. It was good in the past, but now it’s becoming **worse day by day**. I wonder how people are working even more horror than a labor, just because they are jobless and have no other option for their livelihood.

...ll-being. Management, for the most part, is incompetent and lacks basic empathy. Here Manager are like an as****ho*** know nothing than making labor exploitation They expect you to function like robots, pushing you to the edge for a shockingly low salary of just 1.9 LPA. Yes, there’s job security, but what’s the point if the work environment is toxic? People join, regret it almost immediately, and then spend their time planning their resignation. The few decent managers that exist are overshadowed by the sheer number of terrible ones. It feels less like an MNC and more like a chaotic startup where nobody knows what they’re doing, yet they expect employees to go above and beyond for peanuts. The constant micromanagement, lack of appreciation, and toxic atmosphere make this one of the worst places to work. Advice to Management: Start treating employees like humans. A stable job doesn’t mean people will tolerate a toxic work culture. Pay fairly, improve work-life balance, and stop exploiting employees before the company’s reputation sinks further. Bottom Line: You're better off being unemployed than ruining your mental health here. Think twice before joining
